Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to US regions.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Pink Street Chicago is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Pink Street Chicago is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the item’s condition so we can assist you.
Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at pinkstreetchicago@gmail.com— once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to update the address.
